Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you accepted the terms and conditions upon purchase

Returns:

Returns made without prior request and authorization will not be accepted. No refund will be issued in such cases

  • Deadline: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

  • Conditions:
    • The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Used items cannot be returned 

  • Exclusions:
    • For hygiene reasons , underwear, lingerie, stockings and certain health products are excluded from return

  • Return process:
    • Send an email to support@bethbirdiejewels.com with:
      • Your order number
      • Reason for return
      • If damaged, a photo of the product
      • Your contact details
    • Our return address is located exclusively in Asia. Returns to other addresses will not be accepted and will not entitle you to a refund
    • Returns without prior notification are invalid.

  • Return shipping at your own expense and risk:
    • Returns are at your own risk.
    • The company accepts no responsibility for packages lost or held at customs.

  • Shipment tracking:
    • The return shipment must be sent with tracking, which you will provide to us
    • Without a tracking number, the return shipment cannot be tracked. In this case, the right to a refund is forfeited, as receipt cannot be confirmed.

Refund:

  • Procedure:
    Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming or rejecting the refund

    • If approved, the refund will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
  • Delayed or missing refunds:
    If you have not received a refund after 30 days , please check your account.

     

Exceptions:

  • Defective products:
    If you have received a defective product, we will send you a new one free of charge.

  • Cancellation:
    Orders cannot be cancelled after completion, as our system processes them automatically.
